It is important for us that your time spent here is perfect and to ensure your experience is memorable we ask your cooperation with the following:

Fit Life Spa & Wellness is a non-smoking environment. For your health and safety please refrain from consuming alcohol at least one hour prior to your treatment and prior to using the Hammam, Jacuzzi, Steam room, Sauna and swimming pools.

For the safety of your children, we have adopted the policy of restricting the use of our Spa amenities to guests 12 years of age and older. This policy is also to maintain and respect the tranquil environment that we have created for you and for every guest to indulge in.

We kindly ask that cellular phones and other communication devices be kept on silent mode in all areas within the Fit Life Spa.

Although there are no risks, please keep all valuables in your Hotel room safety box while on holidays. We at Elite World Grand Sapanca will not be held responsible for any guest items, lost, stolen or misplaced within the Spa.

All children not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper and a swim suit. Diaper changing is permitted in designated areas only, and not allowed in pool area.

It is dangerous and prohibited for children under 12 to use the fitness area.

Arrive Early

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 -20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to relax and enjoy our Kneippe walk, Herbal indoor/outdoor Steam room, Sauna, Jacuzzis, outdoor heated salt water pool.


Take a Shower

To enable the proper absorption of the nourishing ingredients we will use for your treatment, we recommend a quick shower before your ritual.

 

Come as You Are

We will supply you with the mandatory undergarment to be worn during your treatment, along with a robe and slippers.


Bring Your Bathing Suit

Although we do have separate male and female areas, we do recommend that you use a bathing suit while experiencing our wet and heat areas. For more comfort, a towel, robe and slippers will also be provided for you.


Communicate

We thank you for having filled out our Health Questionnaire, prior to beginning your treatment, but please let your therapist know if there are any troubled areas you would prefer more focus on, or areas of discomfort to be avoided.


Post Treatment Effects

Its quite normal to feel fatigued and even soar after a massage as the effects are similar to those of exercise in that toxins are freed from the lymphatic system and lactic acid is released from the muscles. This may cause some soreness a day or two after your treatment.

We value your choice to spend some time with us and appreciate your attention to our cancellation policy here below. For cancellation or rescheduling requests, please advise the Spa Reception or Guest Relations 6 hours prior to your appointment in order not to incur a penalty charge. Omitting to advise us in due time will result in 50% charge of reserved treatment fee. No show guests will be subject to 100% penalty fee charged to their room upon check-out. Please keep in mind that arriving late for your appointment may require us to shorten the length of the treatment with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience guests booked after you. We Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
